Golf Cart Rules for ALL Daily and Seasonal Guests
-NO HORSEPLAY!Ā Customers are to use the Golf Carts for transportationĀ only, no reckless or dangerous activities will be permitted.
-NO Drinking and Driving!Ā Guests are not allowed to have any alcoholicĀ beverages on the Golf Carts, this includes passengers.
-Legal Drivers Only! Only guests age 16 or older with a valid driverās licenseĀ are to drive the golf carts.
Ā *Guests of a questionable age who are planning on driving the Cart should keep their licenses on their person, failure to present a valid DL will be treated as if the driver is underage, even if there is a licensed driver or parent on the cart with them.
– Golf Carts are to remain on paved roads or designated pathways,
-Repeated Offenses will be considered Horseplay.Ā Violators of these rules will be asked to park their golf cart.
-All Golf carts are subject to a $15.00 inspection fee. You will receive 1 tag when golf cart is checked during arrival
